Introduction
Work with employees throughout the business to implement solutions aligned with Talent, OD and Change Management goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. This may include, but is not limited to initiatives in the following areas:

Specification
Talent Management
Develop and execute talent management and organisational learning processes and initiatives and ensure alignment between the Talent Management and Performance Management Frameworks
Implement programs which enable Line Management to attract, assess, and retain the best talent to achieve optimal results.
Communicate the Talent Management processes, project plans and initiatives to business and employees
Design and implement coaching and mentorship initiatives to drive peer learning & promote a culture of development across the organisation
Track the progress of high potential individuals and ensure career development and retention/reward initiatives are developed accordingly
Provide input into promotional / career development opportunities for employees through talent development, succession and leadership development initiatives
Coordinate communications and events across the business linked to the various talent initiatives and programs implemented

Leadership Development & Succession Planning
Design and facilitate programs aimed at up skilling and promoting leadership development across the leadership pipeline
Manage the nomination, implementation and evaluation of high potential / accelerated leadership development programmes
Implement the succession planning process and build / monitor development programmes for potential successors

Psychometric and Talent Assessment
Partner with stakeholders to implement talent assessment tools for the business
Encourage and facilitate the use of psychometric and talent assessment tools to recruit, promote, retain and develop employees
Facilitate the psychometric assessment process including feedback to both business and individuals

Performance Management
Drive the performance appraisal process with leaders and employees
Ensure managers and employees understand the performance process and rating scale, steps involved, and their responsibility.
Provide managers with regular training on how to give feedback and compile Personal Development Plans, as well as how to monitor performance on a monthly basis, coach and develop employees
Ensure Key Performance Indicators [KPI] are developed, communicated and agreed with individuals bi-annually
Analyze and review the results of the annual performance appraisal process in order to continuously improve
Analyse performance standards and recommend solutions for variances or potential skills shortfalls

Employee Engagement & Recognition
Implement engagement surveys, analyse results and develop action plans and initiatives to increase employee engagement, in line with business objectives
Work with various stakeholders to implement selected recognition and reward initiatives in line with the company objectives which promote employee engagement and retention
Promote and communicate reward initiatives throughout the company to ensure maximum return on investment is achieved
OD and Change Management
Implement OD projects such as organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, job redesign, job titles, job descriptions and skills assessments.
Design and Implement OD and Change tools, such as stakeholder assessments and change readiness analyses.
Implement multiple projects whilst liaising and building relationship with relevant stakeholders in order for the project scope to reach its entirety.

Reporting
Provide input to Exco- and Board-pack submission;
Analyse and report on project status and findings relating to talent management in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders;
Produce weekly, month-end feedback report/s

Requirements
Required Minimum Education / Training
Honours degree in Industrial Psychology (Masters degree advantageous)
Registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometris

Required Minimum Work Experience
3 Years experience in a general Human Resources environment
2 Years experience in Talent, Performance Management or OD environment
Experience in designing and implementing Talent Management solutions
Track record of managing business relationships
