The position is situated our Head Office in Pretoria CBD.

The above-mentioned position is within the Secretarial Department to provide a professional secretarial
support service to the Group Secretary.

Job Functions Management
Industries Insurance,Legal
Provide company secretarial services to the Group.
Compile meeting documents.
Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Group Secretary.
Preparation of reports.
Submission of statutory returns.
Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of meetings.
Maintain statutory books, including register of members, directors and secretaries.
Assist in the preparing annual reports.
Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are
communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Implementing procedural/administrative systems.
Monitor follow up action after meetings and maintaining a rolling agenda.
Develop and maintain good relations and contact with key executives and managers

CIS Qualification.
Legal Degree.
5 – 6 Years relevant experience.


In-depth knowledge of Company Secretarial Practices.
Meticulous attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Corporate Governance principles and practices.
In-depth knowledge of business functions, key activities and business processes within an
Good knowledge of risk management and commercial law.
