Specification

Provide technical and administrative support in the management of projects on Sciforma

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
 Required to maintain schedules and keep project resources on track
 Provider regular updates to Project Manager / Leader and maintain contact with relevant
stakeholders in order to monitor job progress
 Organizing and planning – the ability to understand and assist in the planning of tasks for new projects
 Project time and cost tracking and analysis - the ability to enter time and cost data for each project and analyze compared to established budget
 Data collection and analysis—the ability to organize data and analyze the data for current and future projects
 Interpersonal - the ability to develop a good working relationship with each team member
 Capture Project Management Plan and allocate resources for assigned projects on the PM system.
 Ensure that Project Management File/s are transferred onto system and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project
Requirements
Desired skills and experience

 National Senior Certificate
 Matric Certificate
 Btech / B degree in Business or other related disciplines
 5 years’ experience in project planning or project management
 Good working knowledge of Project Management systems, preferably MS Project, Sciforma etc
 Proficiency in MS Office
