Monitor dialer performance against agreed key performance indicators and communicate changes
or issues informing performance analyst, campaign management, ops and IT

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2 years experience in a call center environment
2 years experience working with dialer systems preferably Aspect (Presence/Aspect/Vicidial)
Experience in SQL and writing basic queries
Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Competencies:
Set up campaigns and dialing lists
Monitor dialer performance Kpa’s against performance against service standards and benchmarks
Data loading
Planning, organising and ability to meet deadlines
Problem solving skills and the ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
Production monitoring daily/live performance/ Staffing to compliment dialing strategy/assessment
of staffing Vs dialing algorithms
Insights to create sales efficiencies through data, dialer and operations.
