Develop and execute Content Strategy
Collaborating with all internal stakeholders in implementing internal content strategy including, but not limited to:
Ngage Magazine
Monthly Newsletters ( Exco News /The Edge)
The Facebook page (The Zone)
The Hub (Internal intranet)
Campaigns & initiatives
Company announcements
TCRS Websites
Managing all communication platforms on behalf of the CEO and MD including, but not limited to:
Whatsapp
Email
Articles, etc.
Using feedback to recommend new or improved content to ensure that all communication and delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders.
Sourcing, writing and publishing material for all internal communications on various platforms
Developing and implementing tactics for increasing engagement with stakeholders via the various communication platforms
Assist with external marketing and sales content
Contribute to the overall objectives of the HR department

Content Generation
Developing, quality assuring and delivering all internal content material
Developing, maintaining and insuring adherence to an in house style guide unique to the Company
Producing content, social media posts, articles, campaigns, blog posts, snippets, posters, guides and other content as required.
Reviewing and repackaging existing promotional materials in line with in house style guide
Editing of written material on behalf of the Content Owner
Editing and proof reading content to ensure quality and content is produced to the highest standard
Proactively ensure content improvement

Relationship Management
Working closely with stakeholders and internal clients to ensure understanding of objectives and contributing to projects with creative and innovative ideas.
Responding to briefs from internal stakeholders within specified timelines.
Liaising in a timely and efficient manner with clients and any external agencies who are party to a project where required.
Developing a strong understanding of the Company, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of the stakeholders that content is produced for.

Company Events and Photography
Working closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan and roll-out Company Events (Ambassadors, Executive Roadshow, TC Talks, Levels of Leadership, JP Morgan etc.)
Create and develop communications campaign to promote event and ensure it is aligned to the Company culture and values
Set up and layout of events and where required, and assist with presentations & speeches of stakeholders
Document Company events through photography and contributing to the Company Graphics library

Reporting
Providing submission to Exco and Board reports
Generating any adhoc reports as and when required
Preparing annual reports and writing proposals for various projects
Requirements
Required Minimum Education / Training
Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism, Marketing, Communications or any other related field
Proficient in MS Office Packages
Social Media Proficiency (Facebook)
Knowledge of Adobe products an advantage

Required Minimum Work Experience
3 – 5 years’ experience as a professional copywriter in a Public Relations/Corporate Communications/Media/ Advertising environment
3 – 5 years’ experience in web content development with proven writing ability
3 – 5 years’ experience in diverse writing styles (creative concepts, presentations, campaigns, magazine writing, social media etc.)
