Job Description
•Day to Day management of site
•Scheduling of facilities preventive maintenance activities
•Writing of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Operations
•Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and other Operations Staff
•Supervision and monitoring of site labor force and subcontractors
•Determine the best and most reliable sources for subcontracting services for the facility
•Maintaining excellent and effective working relationships with the client and his representatives
•Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility and other daily necessary activities in an efficient and timely manner
•Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
•Overseeing quality control and health and safety practice in work place
•Set clear goals which address the short and long term management of the facility
•Maintaining excellent working relationships with tenants or people who utilize the facility on a regular basis
•Advising on energy efficiency

Requirements
•Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering, Science or Management
•Ability to understand, interpret and communicate technical issues
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Computer literacy with profound Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
