Specification
KEY ROLE: This position is primarily responsible for providing Switchboard, Reception and Information Services. It is the first point of contact for delegates, clients, faculty and members of the public and staff.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating switchboard
• Handling of all student / visitor queries and requests
• Managing access of offsite contractors to the school
• Assist with the sale, stock management and gift wrapping of corporate gifts
• General administrative work as requested by the Marketing Director
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Profile
• Matric
• 2 years of experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
• Reception training an advantage

• MS word and excel at an intermediate level
• PABX switchboard operating knowledge
