Introduction
VAT IT is looking to fill a key position for the Frankfurt Branch. In working in the South African Head Office, the Client Service Executive is an integral part of our business and is responsible for supporting excellent service delivery and maintaining relationships within our large multinational client base.
This role is ideal for a well organised, detail-orientated individual, who is enthusiastic and excited by new opportunities.

•Key account information management
•Following up with clients on all matters of service – including providing reports, dealing with queries and requesting
•supporting documentation where necessary
•Communicating directly with the clients via telephone and email as well as liaising with back office Processing Centre
•Maintaining client data through Salesforce and other internal systems
•Planning, preparing and implementing documents for global accounts

•University qualification - a degree or equivalent

•Client Service Experience

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•An outstanding command of the German language (both written and spoken)
•An outstanding command of the English language (both written and spoken)
•A keen eye for detail and excellent administration skills
•Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
