1.Produce the Marketing research strategy

•Researching market trends, consumer attitudes and gaps in the market, as well as competitors' marketing strategies.
•Assist with developing the marketing strategy in line with new market intelligence and aligned to the Company Strategy and Sales objectives.

2.Implement Branding & Corporate Identity

•Assist with product launches, exhibitions and sales meetings.
•Align organization’s overall marketing strategy with the brand strategy.
•Support the creation and sustaining of organization-wide passion for the brand's mission, vision and promise.
•Ensure brand acts with consistency and integrity (organization delivers against the brand essence, promise and personality at each point of contact the brand makes with employees, customers, shareholders, the press and any other stakeholders) in relation with marketing, advertising and communication mediums.

3.Assist in developing and implementing advertising strategies & campaigns

•Assist in developing the advertising strategy in line with the new market intelligence and aligned to the Company strategy and Sales objectives.
•Compile and oversee the advertising budget and provide expenditure reports on a monthly basis.
•Arranging and/or managing for advertisements to be placed in newspapers, magazines, trade press, TV or radio or any other relevant advertising medium.
•Liaise and/or manage with the media (newspapers, radio, and television stations, billboard advertisers, and advertising agencies) to negotiate advertising contracts. Reviews and approves television and radio advertisements before release.
•Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaign.

4.Oversee the marketing material designs

•Oversees internal creative team as well as external agencies when applicable, which supports all departments on production related deliverables; this spans a wide body of work from brochures, print materials, promotions, business cards, design elements for projects and brand communications.
•Manage and approve the design of all marketing material i.e. pamphlets, posters, advertisements.
•Monitor and compile electronic presentations, newsletters and sales support mediums.

5.Manage the Corporate Communication & Public Relations

•Manage and co-ordinate Public Relations, creating content for newsletters, press releases, social media and adverts.
•Compile and copy quality check online content and external communications including marketing literature.
•Ensure messages communicate accurate, timely, strategically relevant information targeted to audience, always reinforcing Brand Positioning.
•Assess, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of specific communications programs using established metrics, manage reporting, and recommend enhancements as needed.

6.Support Corporate Events

• Support internally and externally planned events including direct support for press, analysts and customers.
• Maintain relations with media partners, media and clients associated with key projects and value adding assets.

7.Co-ordinate briefs and monitor creative projects

•Liaise with Creative Agency key contact and the key responsibilities include oversight of creative agency relationship and all project work associated with brand advertising and marketing assets produced by the agency including TV, digital, mobile, social and other media.
•Compile a brief to support each project/campaign.
•Create project plans and scope statements for business initiatives and projects, as directed by the program owner and advise on project tailoring to meet specific project scope objectives which includes: Scope/Change Management, Schedule Management, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Change & Communication Management and Financial Management.

Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION
•B Degree: Marketing Management / relevant to Marketing

TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION
•Certificate in Project Management (as an advantage)
