Key responsibilities
Responsible for all account services activities, including:
•New account implementation
•Account relationships
•Account renewals
•Account services quality
•Professional development
•Project management
•Report creation and presentation

Primary responsibilities
•Understand Randgo’s positioning, products and services and systems to meet each client’s service requirements
•Understand account services management requirements in order to meet Randgo’s performance measures
•Provide professional consulting services to clients to establish strong account relationships, customer loyalty and preference and solid account retention
•Optimise own account services management performance (through development of an acceptable level of knowledge and skill)
•Manage client programmes efficiently and effectively working with the various stakeholders (both internal and external)
•Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by line management
Requirements
•Appropriate tertiary qualification/degree
•3 – 5 years’ verifiable experience as a key account manager. Experience with rewards/loyalty/lifestyle preferred
oAbility to manage client accounts, across a broad spectrum of industries and organisations of varying sizes
oSkill and experience in implementing new accounts
oSkill and experience in proposal and presentation writing/creation
oSkill and experience in analysing programme participation and utilisation data, identifying trends and communicating analytical observations and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
oSkill and experience in developing account renewal strategies
oExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills to communicate to a broad range of in-client audiences
oExcellent expectation management skills
•Broad-based computer literacy
oProficient in MS Windows and MS Office
oExperience with CRM software preferred

Special requirements
•Own transport (you will be required to travel to clients)
•May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines
