•Administration of Deceased Estates
•Registration and Administration of Trusts
•Preparation of minutes and resolutions
•Preparation of immigration and other commercial applications
•Liaising with clients
•Other related or similar duties.
Requirements
•Must be a Namibian Citizen
•Must have a tertiary qualification
•2 to 3 years administrative work experience
•Must have a valid driver’s licence
•Exceptionally strong administration skills
•Experience in administration of Trusts and Deceased Estates will be an advantage
•Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills required
•Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision
•Competent in the use of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
