Assistant Technical Trainer

This role is responsible for managing the overall training activity within the designated region, developing the network and upholding a positive brand image.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Assist in the identification of training needs, including the proposal of learning solutions Conduct training on multiple product lines and product components and systems
Apply technology like computer software, electronic training aids, blended learning tools and techniques in the delivery of training
Design and build training aids to assist with the delivery of training
Plan, design and implement competency based assessments to measure participant performance
Conduct, analyse and prepare course evaluation reports
Ensure training records are maintained in TMS/KMS
Maintain knowledge of changes, improvements and innovations concerning company products and services.
Improve own training, presentation and learning materials connected to SRS.
Understanding of Legal Issues
TeamworkHeavy vehicle driving license*
