General Administrative Functions
Develop and maintain a proper filing system; screen and
classify documents; track documents; accurately retrieve
information as and when required.
Coordinate functions and meetings.
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Manage the control of all consumables and liaise with the
Procurement Department regarding stock.
Prepare and assist with departmental meetings
Ideal: Diploma in Business Administration/Secretary or Basic Project Management Legal
