Introduction
Purpose:
Our Technology team is looking for a focused, organised self-motivated & dynamic Project Administrator to join their
Project Management Office. Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, working together with Project Stakeholders,
Users, Customers and Technology Teams to deliver high quality software products.

Specification
Duties will include, but not limited to:
 Planning and booking of workshops, meetings etc.
 Producing meeting minutes after sessions and distributing these meeting minutes to the relevant stakeholders.
 Preparing presentations for status updates to management.
 Update project plans under the direction of the project manager.
 Updating Risk, Issue, Decision and Change Logs under the direction of the Project Manager.
 Updating the PMO documentation library where necessary (includes PMO templates).
 Liaising with relevant Stakeholders regularly and facilitate regular project progress.
 Manage short projects for system enhancements and fixes.
 Manages and evaluates Project Team progress.
Essential Requirements:
 Minimum of two years proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
 Basic knowledge of SDLC, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies.
 Proficient with MS Project or similar software.
 Proficient in MS Office applications.
Advantageous Requirements:
 Exposure to JIRA.
