a) Data Capturing and providing solid support to the Sales Agents and Sales Supervisor
b) Record keeping
c) Reporting
d) Manage and source resources and conduct research, to be well informed, and internet competent
e) Keep up to date with the latest office equipment and industry practices
f) Typically support senior managers, executives and teams
g) Need to be capable of competently dealing with situations in the Manager’s absence, and should be confident enough to commission work on their Principal's behalf
h) Maintaining confidentiality
i) Ensure that all policies are captured on CRM
j) Ensure that corrections on policy are done timeously
k) Listen to calls on BITCO and forward recordings to QA Department when required
l) Ensure that each Agent has a file and that all applications are filed daily
m) Ensure that all policies are cashed up daily and sent to the relevant departments
3) Mandatory Qualifications
a) Matric Certificate
b) Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

a) Strong administrative background essential

a) Ability to work well in a pressurized environment
b) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

d) Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for Customers
(consultative sales approach)
e) Strong administrative background essential
f) Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM
g) High level of enthusiasm, initiative and energy
h) Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team
