Introduction
The above new position has become available to join our Central Retail Marketing Department in Kaalfontein. The successful candidate will support and assist the Central Retail Regional Sales Manager and Sales Representatives with administrative duties critical to the sales department's success.

Specification
•Co-ordinate and monitor the flow of tasks in the department
•Coordinates and maintains all regions expense administration
•Processes and generates accurate sales/marketing reports and other working papers necessary for effective management.
•Request daily progress reports from the Sales Representatives and submits it to the Regional Sales Managers as requested.
•Receive and capture all sales representatives’ reports and submits them timeously.
•Organize and co-ordinate meetings, functions & travel arrangements and provide general administrative assistance to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.
•Takes minutes of meetings
•Maintain effective communication and follow-through with Sales Representatives to ensure various deadlines are met timeously.
•Develops and manages a filing system and files all documents in an orderly manner.
•The position is subject to unforeseen deadlines and peak periods. Working outside standard working hours to deliver on time will be expected from time to time.
•Proactive involvement – the position demands a person who thinks ahead and offers solutions in order to ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements
•Matric
•Business Management or related diploma / certificate will be an added advantage
•Min 3 years administrative experience in a sales environment
•Excellent computer skills (Excel & Power Point – Advanced essential)
•Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience working as key support to multiple personnel in a busy office.
•Able to work under pressure and deal with many competing demands through effective planning, prioritizing and co-ordination of tasks.
