Introduction
The jobholder is responsible to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales to achieve targets. The ability to interact with local farming community is a critical success factor for this position. Also responsible for effective management of stock, i.e. stock turn, stock availability and stock losses. Also motivate staff to deliver world class service and to instil an ongoing action-orientated culture and general administration of the branch.

Specification
Qualifications:
Grade 12 , Relevant Diploma (would be an advantage)

Experience:
3 years’ experience in related industry, of which 3 years should have been on a manager’s level

Knowledge:
Exposure to chain stores/branches in agricultural environment, Computer knowledge, MS Office applications, Knowledge of budgeting, principles etc, Excellent understanding of business finance, Organisational understanding

Skills:
Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Networking skills, Ability
to manage staff and motivate them, Good business management skills, Strong leadership skills
