1.The role will continuously review the website and make recommendations and implement continuous optimization and improvements regarding content, structure, navigation, and efficiencies in order to maximize the brand awareness and the websites lead generation and conversion effectiveness.
2.Be the first interface for any website performance issues and debug these issues as speedily as possible, including errors pages.
3.Manage all aspects of website operations: day-to-day operation of the website, ensuring that the functionality, navigation and overall performance meet the needs of the retail sector
4.Engage with the Bricks & Mortar Retail teams to understand which content is available, on pre-order and has an online priority. To reflect these product categories online
5.Plan for, and schedule design, content and functionality/navigation changes
6.Manage the team of content managers and maintenance teams to ensure they implement necessary content additions, updates and changes across all domains.

8.Work with designers and Journey management teams to make improvements to the design as required
9.Work with digital analytics to review statistics, monitor analytics and implement relevant recommendations as a result of the analysis/findings.
10.Work with Digital Marketing to ensure SEO of the site for the top key words across all domains
11.Marketing automation and the segmenting of lists based on tracked preference will be a key work area of the e-Commerce Coordinator

9. Commercial/ Marketing/ Digital degree or diploma
PGA qualification would be highly beneficial
