Introduction
The main purpose of this role will be to:
•Provide general administration for the Procurement Department
•GI’íng of non-stock and stock items for payment purposes
•Assist with costing
•Forward parent seed for off-shore productions to growers
•Arrange the most cost effective and efficient transport for the collection and delivery of off-shore products to the company.

Specification
•Costing for Goods Received
•Preparation of seed export / import shipping documentation.
•Transport arrangements and expediting
•Reconcile Courier accounts
•Maintain BBBEE records
•Save & maintain Phytosanitary certificates as required
•Process GI’s
•Increase of packaging orders as and when required
• Apply for import permits and authorisations bi-annually or as and when required
Requirements
•Matric with Accounting
•Logistics Diploma / similar (Ideal)
•Computer literacy
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in Administration / Shipping Co-ordinator
