The Employer support agent’s main function is to support the take on of new opportunities. This implies building and maintaining long term relationships with key stakeholders and providing real value-adding support, recommendations and solutions based on continual, accurate and in-depth exploration, analyses and integration of such customers' business requirements.
Job Functions Call Centre,Sales

a)Establish, develop maintain business relationships with external clients
b)Presenting and educating new and existing clients on the company products
c)Customer visits (Regional and National)
d)Create awareness within the groups of respective benefits and how to make use of them.
e)Work with customer care to resolve customer queries
f)Supply management with daily reports -such as KPI, welcome pack orders and confirmation that all the daily queries have been resolved
g)Research required information using available resources
h)Working closely with the Fulfilment department and the customer care department so that welcomes packs are delivered.
i)Ensuring that employers receive their wellness card orders on time
j)Responding to customer queries within the SLA (email and phone)
k)Must be able to partake in on-the-spot solutions, communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, and convene/participate actively in status meetings, reviews and presentations
a)Possession of a Matric certificate mandatory (FSB compliance).
b)A marketing / communication degree will be advantageous.
c)Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
d)Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
e)Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
f)Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM

g)High level of enthusiasm, initiative and energy.
h)Excellent interpersonal skills.
i)Must have a driver’s license
j)Networking, persuasion and negotiation skills

Knowledge & Experience:

a)Knowledge and professionalism - The quality of the agent's knowledge about the product.
b)Adherence to procedure - How well the agent followed company procedure.
