Specification
•Employee Benefit Administration
•Update monthly statistics
•Update of information and maintenance of Human Capital databases
•Assist with the amendments and updating of policies
•Assist with Employment Equity administration
•Assist with any ad hoc related duties as instructed by the Manager.
Requirements
•Must have a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
•2-3 Years’ experience in the HR environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Treat information with high confidentiality
•Ability to work in a pressurised and stressful environment
•Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
•Attentive to details
•Exceptional administrative skills
•Sound knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act
•Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
