Facilitate learning of representatives and employees on Assupol soft skills learning programs.

1.Implement and facilitate learning intervention
•Prepare and develop lesson plan and presentation for learning intervention and submit for moderation
•Prepare for the learning intervention according to approved training requests
•Facilitate the learning intervention according to Assupol Life standard and TCF principles
•Report errors to moderator to rectify
•Report on service provider services to TD administration to address accordingly

2.Support head office and regions in terms of soft skills learning needs
•Plan and update training schedules according to budget and submit to TD administration within set time
•Perform learning needs analysis to identify performance gaps
•Coach sales and admin on requested soft skills performance gaps
•Calculate return on learning investments

3.Assess learners
•Implement formative - and summative assessments
•Provide support to learners “not yet competent”
•Assess learners according to Assupol Life standards and TCF principles and guidelines
•Provide assessment feedback to learners
•Report errors on assessments to moderator to rectify

4.Manage learning processes
•Ensure that learning intervention records are completed i.e. attendance registers, facilitation report,
competency judgement report, learner registration form
•Review and update intervention tools

5.Design learning material
•Collate relevant course content
•Develop learning material as per set requirements
•Submit learning material to line manager for moderation and approval

6.Administrate learning records
•Complete and record learning documents for example attendance registers, reports and evaluations
within set time frames
•Prepare and submit learning records to moderator within set timeframes
•Implement moderators feedback

•Treat all learners fairly when designing and developing learning material
•Ensure that all learners are treated fairly when they are trained and assessed
•Occupational Directed Education Training and Development Practitioner Qualification (ETDP) or

•Assessor scope for soft skills learning will be an advantage
•Valid driver’s license

•2 years training and development
•1 years in the insurance industry
•2 year facilitation
