Introduction
We' re currently looking for individuals who are passionate about people, who are willing to help our customers in their time of need. The position is available in our Cape Town Office and focuses on providing assistance to customers in a roadside emergency situation. The campaign deals with customers in North America with shift hours from 14:30pm to 05:00am

Requirements
Matric
1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service call-center
Roadside assistance experience is a plus
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work shifts
