Introduction
The Liabilities Insured Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by administering litigious third party claims and defending or settling these claims on behalf of the customer

Specification
Review the customer claim in accordance with standard operating procedures to determine possible third party settlement. If claims should be further investigated the merits and quantum of the claim should be considered in accordance with a standard operating procedure.
Update claim(s) accordingly with relevant information on the AS400 system and in accordance with standard operating procedure.
Negotiate and offer a settlement to third parties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Update, inform and notify the customers of the matter being finalised and settled in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems and procedures
Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
Deliver on TCF principles in alignment with regulatory requirements







Requirements
Grade 12 (Standard 10)
2 – 3 years legal experience within a short-term insurance industry
Motor collision law experience
