2) Key Role Outputs

a)Answer calls and respond to Please Call Me sms’s timeously, within SLA
b)Handle Customer enquiries telephonically
c)Research required information using available resources and CRM
d)Manage and resolve Customer complaints
e)Provide Customers with product and service information
f)Update existing Customer information on CRM
g)Identify and escalate priority issues
h)Supply productivity statistics daily to Supervisor and Team Leader

3) Mandatory Qualifications

a) Possession of a Matric Certificate mandatory (FSB Compliance)

4) Advantageous Qualifications

a) Admin course
b) Computer literacy course

5) Mandatory Experience/Exposure

a) Customer Service
b) Call Centre experience
c) Computer literacy


6) Advantageous Experience/Exposure

a) Insurance and/or Medical Aid background
