 The successful candidate will prospect new potential clients while also maintaining
existing customer relationship.
 The candidate will be required to make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client
relationship as well as provide assistance to clients when needed.
 He/she will generate business opportunities to meet company’s business plans and
growth strategies.
 Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal clients to ensure services
are delivered effectively and efficiently.
 Negotiate and close businesses on behalf of the company.
 Identify niche markets and new/future services that could provide the company with
competitive advantage and improved profitability.
 The candidate will provide in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and
clients to improve strategic planning and decision making.
The main role of the client service lead will be to secure profitable business for the
company through developing new client relationship, developing a plan to target new
customers and successfully manage the process. They are also expected to seek new and
innovative ways to increase the business flow with existing clients.
 The client service lead is required to provide client support services in an accurate and
timely manner and build new productive relationships with potential clients.
 The role of a client service lead requires the candidate to act as the intermediary between
the company and its clients to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.
 Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing of the
company’s services and always exploring opportunities to add value to client’s
