•Obtain price for quotation from internal price lists
•Do a written quotation
•If accepted establish the method of payment
•Liaise and make the necessary financial arrangements with the Bank
•Follow up on a regular basis with Bank for financial status approval
•If approved and if applicable check the minimum deposit amount required
•Determine if customer will pay deposit with us or the financial institution
•Determine the colour as well as any additional extras if required by customer
•Arrange pre- delivery inspection with W/shop
•Arrange the necessary fitments
•Ensure that the PDI and fitments are done according to standards
•Ensure the vehicle is cleaned properly for delivery
•Draw up a Sales Agreement which must be signed by the customer and DP
•Obtain and Provide income details to the Bank/Customer
•Complete checklist before delivery
•Ensure vehicle is registered
•Explain operational features to customer
•Ensure procedures are followed as per Customer Service Index/Company policy
•Weekly follow ups together with DP on back orders
•Update regularly product –pricing list
•Compile monthly Sales Report
•Grade 12 or equivalent
•3 years’ motor vehicle sales experience
•Have the right aptitude and potential to become a professional sales person
•Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Valid driver’s license
