Specification
•To assist Admin Manager with all Admin functions in the Shop.
•Ensure that staff requests are done weekly before Wednesday for the next week.
•Leave planning must be done to ensure staff takes leave and that there is enough personnel to ensure proper running of shop at all times.
•Ensure all personnel have the required uniforms and order from HR Department as required.
•Minute all staff meetings and file minutes accordingly.
•Ensure that all Registers & Files are in place and maintained at all times.
•Ensure that various Reports, printed and filed daily.
•Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly stock takes are done.
•Attend to ad hoc instructions from Admin Manager

Requirements
•Grade 12 with atleast 50% (D-Symbol) in Mathematics and Accounting.
•Relevant 1 -2 years experience in a similar trading environment.
•Interpersonal and good communication skills.
•Analytical ability, Accurate and good numeric skills.
•Ability to work under pressure, with a helpful disposition, Responsible, Trustworthy and dependable.
•Must be able to meet deadlines and always be punctual.
