Specification
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to execute the Business Unit HR strategy in line with the organisational strategy. The incumbent will further be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key HR deliverables including but not limited to:
•HR Strategy Execution
•Recruitment and Selection
•Training and Development
•Talent Management
•Remuneration and Benefits
•Employee relations
•Reporting and Compliance

The incumbent must be able to work in a highly pressurised and high performance driven environment and to travel from time to time, as required. The ambition to help drive the growth of a young company is essential.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
•Degree in Human Resources Management (or related degree)
•Post graduate degree advantageous
•10 years broad HR experience
•5 + years in a Management role

Technical and Skill Requirements:
•Broad understanding of HR processes and practices, including OD practices and the implementation of EVP
•Financial sector knowledge advantageous
•Knowledge and understanding of Legislation relevant to HR (EEA, BCEA, LRA etc.)
