We are looking for a Group Talent Manager to plan, design and deliver Talent Management and Learning and Development programmes to ensure consistent and superior performance within the group.
The incumbent will further be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key deliverables including but not limited to:
•Developing and implementing a Talent Management strategy that aligns to the Group HR strategy.
•Setting up structures to manage Talent throughout the employee lifecycle, including attraction, deployment, engagement, development, performance management and retention.
•Driving and enhancing the TCRS culture to ensure that it remains aligned to the company vision and Employee Value Proposition.
•Driving the TCRS EVP internally and externally and support all TCRS subsidiaries in its roll-out.
•Designing and implementing initiatives to supporting employee engagement.
•Ensuring that the TCRS culture supports different platforms of employee engagement within the business.
•Leading the development of learning programs, including a full range of soft and technical skills programmes.
•Providing consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the business, acting as a development expert and driving implementation of training and development initiatives.
•Driving the definition and implementation of change management processes within the group, to support organisational change efforts.
•Overseeing the implementation of OD processes to ensure that organisational structures support achievement of strategic objectives and teams are structured effectively to enable high performance.
•Contribute towards the group as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
The incumbent must be able to work in a highly pressurised and high performance driven environment. The ambition to help drive the growth of a young company is essential.
•Degree in Human Resources Management (or related degree)
•Post graduate degree advantageous
•10 years broad HR experience
•3 – 5 years in a Talent Management environment
•3 - 5 years in a Management role
•Broad understanding of HR processes and practices, including the implementation of EVP
•Financial sector knowledge advantageous
•Good track record of delivering soft ad technical skills training personally and through the use of external suppliers
•Ability to handle more than one business at a time
