Compilation and maintenance of action plans to increase banking sales
•Exceed monthly set targets.
•Marketing of the various bank’s products.
•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
•Customer service driven.
Extensive and sound experience in all aspects of sales and banking.
•Must have a high degree of self-confidence, be able to work independently and must be a self-starter
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and a flexible approach
•A sound credit background linked with superior interpersonal and marketing skills.
•Knowledge and experience of financial statements and the analysis thereof.
•Excellent knowledge of bank’s products and systems.
•Grade 12 (25 points), an original certified copy and/Diploma in business/ banking related studies.
•Minimum of 5 (Five) years retail sales experience in a banking environment of which at least 2 (Two) years as a Sales Support.
•Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
•Applicant will be required to work on some Saturdays.
