Identify new and existing customer’s unique financial requirements
•Provide advice to customer’s telephonically
•Ensure ongoing customer relationship and engagement
•Compile and assess financial solutions derived from detailed analysis of clients’ needs
•Adhere appropriate applications and technology in a professional, client-centric and timely manner
•Managing information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, training updates
•Keep abreast of developments and trends in the Employee Benefit, Individual Health, Individual Life and Investment Industries
•Adhere to industry minimum requirements and qualifications
Requirements
Level of Education:
Essential:
•Grade 12 (Standard 10)
•FAIS Compliant
•Minimum of 1 year telesales experience preferably in the financial services industry.

Desirable:
•Relevant industry credits (Post Graduate credits related to finance and management acceptable)
Knowledge of health insurance
Skills:
•Computer literacy
•Good communication skills (verbal and written)
•Interpersonal skills
