Also responsible to manage stock effectively, i.e. stock turn, stock availability, stock losses. Qualifications:
Grade 12 , Relevant Diploma (would be an advantage)

Experience:
5 years experience in related industry, of which 3 years should be on a manager’s level

Knowledge:
Exposure to chain stores/branches in agricultural environment, Computer knowledge, MS Office applications, Knowledge of budgeting, principles etc, Excellent understanding of business finance, Organisational understanding

Skills:
Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Networking skills, Ability to manage staff and motivate them, Good business management skills, Strong leadership skills

Key responsibilities:
Inventory Control, Product knowledge, Provide efficient and effective credit control, Provide efficient merchandising service, Effective brand management support service, Marketing, Provide effective and efficient administration
