Responsible to manage the Trading Branch to achieve customer service objectives, sales volumes and value objectives. Also responsible to manage stock effectively, i.e. stock turn, stock availability, stock losses. To motivate the staff, to deliver world class service and to instil an ongoing action-oriented culture.

5 years experience in related industry, of which 3 years should be on a manager’s level
Exposure to chain stores/branches in agricultural environment, Computer knowledge, MS Office applications, Knowledge of budgeting, principles etc, Excellent understanding of business finance, Organisational understanding
