Introduction
Agrinet, a subsidiary of Suidwes, is a supplier of an extensive range of branded products and related services to the agricultural, hardware, irrigation as well as the industrial sector in Africa. The primary focus is the continued optimisation of the value chain, which stretches from the manufacturer to the retailer and the direct involvement in the improvement of retail shops in Agrinet’s supply chain.

Specification
1.Responsible for claims against a designated credit controller
•Register and investigate claims on the system
•Follow up with credit controller to ensure all credits are passed – communicate additional info to client and relevant department to finalise the claim.
•Present the claim for authorisation and update on the system to create a credit note
2.Responsible for handling all administrative related enquiries
1 Coordinate incoming queries: - claims
•- documentation to be forwarded to the client ( invoices / pod / statements )
•- Claims policy communication / examination
2 Internal coordination / communication to investigate the claim
•Call centre
•Workshop
•Logistics
•Product manager
(Suppliers claims)
•Creditors department ( suppliers claims
3 Filing of relevant documents
4 Submit claim on the system and cross reference to claim of client.

3.Assist team members
Requirements
• Grade 12
• Minimum 1-year experience in administration or data processing
• Multilingual with the ability to communicate on all levels
• Proven computer skills – Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Embrace will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Debtors processes will be an advantage
