Receptionist – Personal Loans
Reporting to – Manager Client Service
|Industries||Banking / Finance & Investment|
Interaction with internal and external clients.
Ensure that legendary client service is provided to clients at all times.
Maintain up-to-date registers (i.e. refreshments & stationary stock control)
Typing of correspondence i.e. disbursement letters for copies of client contracts
General switchboard duties and reception of clients
General filing and administration
Manage all daily incoming and outgoing faxes
Recording and handling of all daily/weekly mail (including courier mail)
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have sound computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Package, Outlook & Internet)
Good internal and external customer service at all times.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must be accurate and professional.
Attention to detail
Educational & Experience Required:
Grade 12 (25 points) and/or Diploma in Office Administration/Secretarial or related field
Diploma in Banking will be an added advantage.
Applicant must have at least three (3) years general banking experience.
