Job Purpose:
To ensure that projects approved have sound business case, to ensure accurate financial modelling, to assist projects through Market Readiness Level (MRL) and Business Readiness Level (BRL) steps to increase ability to commercialise.

•Perform Market analysis
•Conduct Business case feasibility
•Perform Financial modeling and forecasting
•Business Strategy development
•Ability and track record in taking products out to market
•Entrepreneurial/business management experience and skills (experience will be an added advantage)
•Risk identification and mitigation
•Portfolio and project management across STAs (Strategic Technology Areas
•Deal making and business analysis involving finance, marketing and technical due diligence)
•Conduct market readiness levels (MRL) and Business Readiness Levels (BRL) to ensure investee technology entry into the market, guide and support commercialisation thereof.
•Key and clear focus on facilitating commercialisation of TIA projects/investments.
•Performance management and improvement
Requirements
•A Finance/Engineering degree
•Being a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will be an added advantage
•Five (5) to eight (8) years of commercialisation experience
•Experience in running own business or managing start-up businesses
