•Positive member interaction, maintaining the values of the company
•Answering of any calls made to the call centre – within 3 rings
•Manage and resolve all member queries to the point of resolution for the member
•Follow-up calls and e-mails (as promised) regarding queries
•Cancellation and suspensions of memberships for WOG, VGV and playmoregolf members
•Answering of e-mails sent to the call centre inbox
•Processing of online golf bookings and payments
•Processing of playmoregolfSA Sunday Golf Day bookings and payments
•Dealing in a professional manner with all compliments or complaints received
•Making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal & external); anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction
•Processing and redemption of Birdie points and queries
•Processing and ordering of pmgSA member cards
•Following up on card queries
•Ensuring swift delivery of cards and notification to the team of delivery
•Ensure live support queries are handled promptly and efficiently
•5+ years’ experience as an Inbound Call Centre Agent
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Fast and accurate typing skills
•Computer literate
•Matric / Grade 12
•Tertiary with call centre certificate / Customer service related qualification (beneficial
