Specification
•Direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration and sales
•Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
•Develop forecasts and business plans
•Managing budgets and overseeing pricing and stock control
•Maintaining statistical records
•Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation of the branch’s personnel
•Liaise and share knowledge with headquarters on effective practices, business opportunities, and needs
•Dealing with customer queries and complaints
•Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company in the area
•Build good relationships with customers and suppliers
•Preparing promotional materials and displays
Requirements
•Proven branch management experience in retail
•Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques
•Ability to meet sales targets and goals
•Excellent organizational skills
•Results driven and customer focused
•Leadership and human resources management skills
