Specification
Customer relationship with clients who have assigned the project & service to company and achieve customer’s expectation.
Project & service Schedule, Kick-off meetings, planning, budget application and quality control, payments and invoicing; project & service receivables and billings
Efficient cost controlling and resource management to ensure project & service complete within budget.
Responsible for accomplishing project & service & service objectives and the outcome (success or failure) of the project & service & service
Primary duty to participate in meeting, discussions, project & service & service site visits, workshops and hearings etc.
Responsible for Management of day to day IT operations in support of the Consumer and Small business.
Manage IT suppliers, outsources partners ensuring changes request delivery and incident/problems are addressed
Management of service providers SLA. Management of deployment, maintenance, support and all IT services
Gate keeper of production environment ensuring system stability.
Core Competencies FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Project Management Principles; Business Acumen; Contract Terminology; Problem Solving; Financial Management; Project Management; Company Policies/ Procedures & Procedures;
Requirements
Relevant degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6)
7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years on service delivery management experience.
Certification/Professional Registration ITIL certification
