Introduction
We are seeking an analytical individual with impeccable attention to detail to join our Fleet team as a Pricing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

•FML Service and maintenance value added product pricing based on the fleet clients risk profile and parameters
•Tenders: reading document, understanding tender requirements, preparing questions, evaluating, preparing tender scheduling and check accessories to the deal
•Monitoring contract terms and calculating restructures
•Focusing on the commercial, passenger business, which initials rate chart updates, new product development, updating of existing products, fund monitoring, claims analyses, sales leads generation, training, customer service, technical assistance, retention, sales and dealer visits on all commercial products

•Fleet Service & Maintenance Pricing and financial pricing impact
•Fleet Quotes Gap Analysis (Actual spent vs. quoted price comparison to reduce contingency spending)
•Fleet Service & Maintenance Pricing Preparation & Rate Chart Update


Customer
•Customer Experience
•AD Hoc Projects (Clients request)
•Special Quotes and Queries (Turnaround time)
•Process Flows

Conduct
•Maintain and update pricing methodology for different type scenarios
•Obtain and research relevant information to be incorporated into pricing
•Present data analytics and provide recommendations to corporate and management.
•Claims Analysis

•Keeping up to date with legislation and regulatory requirements
Requirements
• A Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualifications (Technical/Mechanical Engineer/ B. Com Statistics)
•A relevant diploma in automotive technical field is preferred
•A minimum of 3 – 5 years in the motor trade with a technical background and a good knowledge of the FML Industry
•A good understanding of the processes and procedures necessary when developing service and maintenance plan rate tables and calculate restructures
•Good knowledge of the Automotive or Insurance Industry
