Introduction

The selected candidate will be required to perform their duties in the Rustenburg, Brits and Mokopane areas and must reside in one of these areas.

Specification
•Develop and manage relationship with a mining customer portfolio
•Operate as a main point of contact for all matters in relation to customers
•Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of new mines as well as the growth of existing customers in the mining sector
•Propose solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately or products are delivered timeously
•Liaise with the relevant Würth Managers to ensure that customer’s expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders
•Resolve all customer problems, issues or complaints timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained
•Involve the relevant managers with the negotiation of contracts and agreements
•Inform the National Business Development Manager of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Requirements
•Matric or equivalent
•2 years’ experience within the large customers development market
•In the process of completing or already completed a Sales or Marketing degree / diploma from an accredited institution will be an advantageous
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
•Report writing skills
•Presentation skills
•Computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite
•Must reside in the region of responsibility
