·Requests and distribute policy documents to sales staff
·Complete internal correspondence registers
·Receives and distributes invalid policies to manager
·Liaise with Post Office and address delays of claims payments

Business Retention
•Follow up on cancellations to retain policies
•Update policy holder information on system

Compliance
•Update and maintain district files and records
•Liaise with manager regarding administrative procedures
•Administer FAIS documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
Grade 12 with Maths
1 year Insurance Administration experience

Knowledge:

Computer Literate
Life Insurance Industry (Advantage)
