This Delivery Unit is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a Project Administrator. We welcome your application if you believe you meet the requirements for this position.

The purpose of this role is to support the Discipline Lead with administrative and quality requirements and assist with overall success of the department.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for/should possess the following:

Collate standard information required for tenders.
Effectively getting assignments under control, requiring strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills as well as high levels of professionalism, commitment and attention to detail.
General secretarial duties, including diary management.
Ensure and manage effective filing system including archiving.
Carry out general administration work, including travel arrangements.
Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
Carry out Quality Audits as required.
Update Opportunity register.
Assist with project financial control.s as required.
Invoicing for projects.
Maintain CRM.
Update and maintain project data sheets.

Qualifications:
Administrative diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience:
5-10 years related experience working in a consulting engineering company

Good inter-personal relationships
Good knowledge of PRISM, BST, CRM, etc.
MS Office, Word and Excel skills
