Specification
Financial
• Ensure and contribute to minimisation of general expenses
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Ensure average premium targets are met
• Ensure NTU % are minimised and does not exceed required %
• Ensure product mix sales targets are met

Client
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Ensure and contribute to achieving the required client satisfaction targets

Business processes
• Leads Generation – ensure set targets are achieved daily
• Attending and participating in meetings and sales hurdles
• Approach clients, and sell insurance products
• Supply management with oral and written reports
• Adhere to the non-advice selling process by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and business process/procedures

• Ensure continuous self-development
• Share information and knowledge with the team
• Achieve required pass % for new and refresher training
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Matric
• Basic Computer skills
• Sales Orientated
• Target Driven
• Self-motivated and Disciplined
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient in English and preferably an African language
• 1 years’ sales experience
