The Company seeks the services of a HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Officer- Systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following key activities.
•Perform Systems Upgrades on all outsourced and In-house HR Systems
•First Point of Contact with Technology Vendors for HR systems
•HR/IT Link for all technical issues on HR Systems
•Recommend integration of HR systems to other systems where necessary.
•Maintain and develop core HR IT systems
•Contribute to HR Management System projects (e.g. selecting, testing and implementing software).
•Formulate user manuals for new workflows developed
•Preparation and Analysis of HR data in order to write reports/dashboards that support the reporting requirements of HR department
•Resolve and close all HR Systems issues raised by end-users through service desk
•Perform Backend Maintenance/ troubleshooting of technical IT related issues of HR systems
•Automation of HR forms and processes by writing web-based workflows
•Identify and implement business process improvements within the HR department
•Ensure compliance to safe working practices, with recommendations for action and continuous improvement
To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
•Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent
•A Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent an added advantage.
•Must have at least 2 years experience in both system development and end-user support in a demanding work environment.
•Proficiency in navigating SQL server using management studio and perform basic database management tasks
•Be able to query and relate data from separate tables by applying SQL joins as well as analyze raw table data and decipher potential relationships
•Ability to group and aggregate data based on functional requirements.
•Understand general purpose object-oriented programming languages. e.g use of Active Server Pages (ASP.Net) Framework.
•Ability to write reports - Publishing reports, Data Aggregation, Scheduling Reports and Exception Reporting.
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, paying particular attention to Company policies and Corporate objectives.
