The Team Assistant contributes to the organisational goals by supporting their specific department with all operational requirements.

Departmental support for General Managers & Executive Head and that specific department’s employees
•Management of the General Managers & Executive Head diary
•Responsible for travel arrangements for the General Manager/Executive Head and departmental staff and the efficient delivery thereof
•Preparation of presentations, letters and interdepartmental correspondence and communication as per the General Managers/Executive Head requests
•Minute taking and distribution
•Ad hoc requirements as per the General Managers/Executive Head requests
•Key contact person between the departmental employees, interdepartmental employees and the General Managers/Executive Head
•Management of e-mails as per the General Manager/Executive Head
•Ensuring effective internal relationships are maintained
•Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others
•Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements

•Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
•2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary
•Good general knowledge
•Computer packages Skills:

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
