MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Processing of all formative and summative documentation, processes and procedures to maintain a sound relationship between Lyceum and their students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Collation, dispatching and receiving of moderation documents.
2.Problem solving (call centre)
3.Filing of all reports.
4.Attend meetings and workshops
5.Self-Development (OSD Training, Internal Training, External Training)
6.Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.MIN: NQF 5, knowledge of the student management system (SMS) (ICAS) and good knowledge of office. (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
2.IDEAL: NQF 6, knowledge of the student management system (ICAS) and good knowledge of Office 365 (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
3. 1 year experience in an assessment environment, sound knowledge of the regulatory requirements pertaining to assessment and moderation. Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and in a high security environment. Confidentiality is a high priority.
