A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant that will be responsible for the recruitment function and HR support of the day-to-day operations, as well as ad hoc tasks when required.

•Confirming critical positions with DH
•Placing vacancy adverts internally and externally
•Ensuring all vacancies are advertised internally first
•Placing ads on the internal recruitment sources
•Liaising with recruitment agents – sending them the relevant specs
•Sourcing of new recruitment agencies and SLA negotiation
•Identify new platforms to source and recruit
•Telephonically screening all candidates, both through internal recruitment sources and recruitment agents
•Arranging interviews for HRM, LM, DH
•Conducting credential and reference checks
•Compiling interview packs prior final interview, ensuring candidate background is clear
•Be the first point of contact for all recruitment-related queries
•Resolving all queries timeously.
•Ordering and issuing stationery to Company accurately.
•Coordination of year end function and any other related event.
•Participating and/or managing related projects, as and when required.
•Ensuring all SOP’s and policies are adhered to.
Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources
APSO Examination – Advantageous
Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in a recruitment function
Minimum of 2 years in an administration function (advantageous)
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Exceptional English writing skills
