Key Performance Areas:
To ensure that all payment files are processed accurately and in a timeous manner.
Keep the standard of the department at a high level.
Handling of telephonic and written queries.
Processing of refund requests form policy holders and third parties.
Monitor daily discrepancy reports – (Policies with Cash Payments).
Report of Naedo Policies and inforce policies.
Assist with training of new personnel.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12

Knowledge and Experience:
2-3 Years relevant experience (Long term insurance experience will be an advantage)
Technical And Behavioural Competencies
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good Interpersonal skills
Be accurate and figure oriented (compile reconciliations)
Be client friendly and service oriented
