The incumbent will be responsible for the Fresh Stop when on duty. The responsibilities will include to supervise all processes involved in a supply chain, liaising with a variety of parties, including suppliers, trading managers and customers in a two-way process. To supervise processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties also includes greeting customers when entering and leaving the store, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash/ credit transactions. Manage the whole site in absence of the Forecourt Manager.

Relevant Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage
Proven experience as an administrative manager
In-depth understanding of procedures/policies in trading
Proficient in MS Office
3 years’ experience in an administrative and management environment.
